    Model: LED-DA100
    The Automatic Dispenser of LED is used to dispense cement into the junction between aluminous heat sink and cap. It is suitable for making bulbs, PAR lamps and so on.
1. The machines is consisted of workbench, rotary device, dispensing device, cement valve, and PLC.
2. Dimension:0.5*0.5*1.0m.
3. Automatical loading and unloading by mechanical hands when the machine is connected into an auto production line, no operator needed.
Without connection, loading and unlaoding are manually, 1 operator needed, the capacity is 1000~1200 pcs/hour.
4. Controlled by PLC, the loading angle can be set via. touch panel.The operator can choose continuous dispensing and segmental dispensing there and set the lenght of cement, too.
5. Controlled the dosage of cement by PLC to avoid the case of wire drawing.
6. The angle of lamp holder is adjustable, it is very convenient to use.
7. With the detectors of lamp and hand, the machine will stop working to ensure the safety of operator when the condition is false.
8. There are two models:
     1H dispenser with one lamp holder;
     2H dispenser with two lamp holders.
9. With the function of output statistic. The diary can be printed out.
